Our headquarters are located in Santa Marta and we make national shipments throughout the Colombian territory. For national shipments, the delivery time is 1-3 days from the moment we are notified of the successful payment of the purchase, which can sometimes take up to one business day. Orders received on Friday after 6:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday will be counted as the first business day the following Monday at 9:00 a.m.
For international shipments, the delivery time is from 8 to 15 business days depending on the destination, these days will start counting from 24 hours after the purchase is approved. Shipments outside Colombia will be made by DHL, UPS or FedEx. Once you receive your product, you may have to pay fees or taxes as applicable in your country, these are not included in the purchase price.

This service only applies to the city of Santa Marta and is handled internally with a courier service within the same city.
