A purchase may be returned only when Cambil cannot fulfill the requested order or when the product is in a state of deterioration or with quality defects. Under no circumstances will Cambil accept refunds to the buyer for reasons other than those described above.
The return of the purchase can only be made when it is within the grounds for return. If not, you can make a change for size or another model.
The return in money will only be possible if it is within the grounds. For the rest of the cases, no cash refunds are made, we will grant a bonus in favor and they will have 6 months to redeem it and this must be used in a single purchase.
After a refund is approved, the transfer time will be between 15 – 30 calendar days depending on each case.
Changes and Guarantees
You have 30 calendar days to make changes.
Only changes in size or other products are accepted and must be previously notified in writing to the email ventascambil@cambil.com. In it, the name of the buyer, references of the products purchased, the reason why you want to change and a description of the change to be made must be indicated. The purchase invoice must be presented and the products must be in perfect condition and with their respective labels. Then, once the change is approved by the area in charge, you must send or approach Carrera 12 # 22 -90 Estacion San Pedro local 2 in Santa Marta. Cambil does not assume expenses generated by the change of products.

You have 30 calendar days from the purchase to make use of the product warranty.
Said guarantee does not cover defects due to misuse, washing, storage or the like (we recommend reading the washing instructions). If you receive a damaged or defective garment, Cambil will be responsible for the change and all relevant costs will be assumed.
